A New Journey

Fourteen days passed. I can’t believe I’ve living for a half month in 2018. A lot of story can be told just with this two weeks of journey, either good or bad.

My first hour of this 2018 was spent with my cousins. That was a wonderful time. We went to the rooftop of the apartment behind our house. That was a full-moon-night and all horizon filled with fireworks. That felt like our personal roof, none was there but us.

Three days after that, a terrible accident was occurred. My cousin had a serious traffic accident. And the saddest part, that was his birthday. What a very horrible birthday gift that he had. Whatever happened, I know God still loves him and his family. He had a wonderful healing speed. That accident was a lesson for me personally to wear a helmet and drive safely.

Four days after that, I had my first day as a practical worker in oil and gas company. Now I see – well, a small part – how a company works. I hope this job is going well and I got a bunch of knowledge.

That was a quick review about my life for these two weeks. And guess what, we still have another fifty weeks! God is amazing, isn’t it? Whatever happens to my life, He is still holding my hand. God create a purpose of this year as a Year of New Beginnings. I missed one letter when I heard this message last month, an ‘s’. He was talking about a lot of beginning! I am very sure this year will be a great year.
